3D Practice (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access or use our SaaS platform, websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

• Account Information: Name, email, business/clinic name, payment info (processed via third parties), and login credentials.
• Business Content You Upload: Non-PHI business content, clinic educational materials, treatment notes, and custom media. You must NOT upload PHI. 3D Practice is not a HIPAA Business Associate.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage & Activity Data, device information, IP address, browser type, operating system, and analytics data. Cookies and similar technologies may be used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Operate, improve, and secure the Service
• Process payments
• Customize experience
• Provide support
• Send notifications
• Analyze performance
• Enforce Terms of Service

De-identified data may be used for analytics. We do not sell personal information.

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share information with:

• Service Providers (cloud hosts, analytics tools, payment processors)
• Legal authorities if required
• Successors in business transfers (merger, acquisition, etc.)

4. Data Ownership & Control

You own your business data. 3D Practice owns all platform content, including animations, videos, and templates. You may request data export while your account is active.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. After termination, data may remain in backups for up to 30 days before deletion.

6. Protection of Your Information

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption, secure hosting, and authentication controls. No system is 100% secure.

7. No PHI / HIPAA Disclaimer

3D Practice is not a HIPAA-compliant platform and does not sign BAAs. You must not upload PHI.

8. AI Features & User Responsibilities

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review all AI-generated content before using it with patients. AI content is not medical advice.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is for professional use only and not for children under 18.

10. International Users

By using the Service outside the U.S., you consent to data processing in the United States. You may not use the Service in U.S.-sanctioned regions.
